As Part of the 36th Joint circle conference of National Federation of Postal Employees Kannur ,Seminar on "Media and Society" held at NGO union Building, Kannur. Com.M.V.Govindan inaugurated the seminar. CITU State Secretary Com: K.P.Sahadevan presided the seminar. K Narayanan delivered the welcome speech and K.K Prakashan delivered the Vote of Thanks.
